1. Who we are and what this covers

Mystik Compass Solutions LLC (MCS) provides travel-planning information and digital-solutions information through mystikcompasssolutions.com. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with this website and its inquiry forms. Contact us at [email protected] about privacy questions or requests.

Custom Travel Planning is available only to adults age 18 or older located in the United States. Digital inquiries and direct Digital contracts may be accepted from adults age 18 or older internationally, including legal entities acting through authorized adult representatives. Third-party marketplace transactions follow the applicable marketplace’s age, eligibility, jurisdiction and transaction rules; these direct-service restrictions do not remove marketplace-required support rights. We do not use inquiry information for marketing.

This policy does not describe all activity within the separate Aetherra game world or independent marketplaces. Their applicable notices and terms should be reviewed when using those services.

2. Information you provide

We receive the information you choose to submit through our forms or send by email. Depending on the inquiry, this can include:

• Your name, email, optional phone number and the contents of your messages.
• Travel destinations, approximate dates, departure locations, budgets, traveler and room counts, children's ages at travel, travel-document readiness, existing booking details, preferences, planning needs and practical accessibility, mobility or dietary requirements you choose to share.
• Minecraft usernames, community or business names, website/Discord links, plugin ideas, sponsorship proposals, project specifications, technical environments, budgets, timelines, licensing preferences and support requests.
• Reference links and optional files uploaded through the Custom Development or Plugin Support forms, such as project documents, screenshots, redacted logs or configuration files.
• Your form acknowledgments and any additional information you include in free-text answers.

Please provide only information needed for your request. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, passport numbers, booking access codes, diagnoses or medical records. When providing information about fellow travelers or another person, make sure you are authorized to share it and limit it to what is needed.

3. Information generated when you use the site or forms

Our form provider, Tally, records submission and respondent identifiers and submission timestamps. It also provides aggregate form-performance information, such as visits, completion counts and time spent. We use this to understand whether forms are functioning and usable.

Tally's save-for-later feature is enabled. It saves unfinished answers in your browser so you can return to them on the same browser. These saved drafts are not submitted to MCS until you submit the form. Be mindful when using a shared device.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and pageviews, referring websites, country-level geography, and real-user performance, including Core Web Vitals. Its JavaScript beacon sends usage and performance information to Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that the beacon does not use cookies, browser storage or fingerprinting to track visitors. These reports are not individual visitor profiles or unique-person counts. Hash-based sections may not appear as separate pageviews. Tally and our Google response workbooks remain the source for submitted inquiry counts. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or remarketing trackers. Loading the website and forms also connects to our hosting/form providers for operation and security. See Cloudflare Web Analytics (https://www.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/) for more information.

4. Why we use information

We use relevant information to respond to inquiries; evaluate travel-planning requests, digital projects and sponsorship proposals; review plugin suggestions; provide requested support; communicate about requested services; keep appropriate business records; and address spam, misuse or security concerns. We may add internal notes about scope or items requiring manual review. Current forms do not produce an automated planning price or automatically accept a project.

An inquiry does not create a booking or paid-service commitment. Any paid work requires separately agreed terms.

5. Providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare Pages to host and deliver the website, Tally to operate forms and retain submissions and uploaded files, and Google Sheets/Google Drive to organize response workbooks. Email sent to our published Gmail address is handled by Google's email service. These providers help us operate the business; identifying them here does not mean they own your information.

We use Payhip for direct plugin purchases and downloads, including FantasyShop and the free AetherDoors download. Payhip processes checkout contact details, order/download records and location information needed for checkout and tax calculation. Paid checkout uses Stripe to process payment details. MCS uses the order and contact information available to it for delivery, related support and appropriate business recordkeeping, not to add buyers to marketing lists. Payhip and Stripe handle their own checkout/payment services under their respective privacy notices. No payment-card details are required for the free AetherDoors download.

Responses are kept in Tally and synchronized to separate Google Sheets for each inquiry type. A Custom Development or Plugin Support file upload may be represented in a response workbook by an accessible file link. We restrict access to these records to those who need it for the purposes above.

We may disclose relevant information to providers helping us perform these functions, where required by applicable law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Within MCS, Felicia handles inquiry records; no other staff or contractor lead access or additional copying systems are currently used. Service-provider processing described above still applies.

Following links to Payhip, Aetherra or social platforms takes you to services with their own practices. A link alone does not send your submitted inquiry to that service.

6. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including appropriate business, legal, accounting, support and security needs. We consider the nature of the inquiry, whether a client relationship develops, unresolved issues and applicable obligations. We then delete or de-identify information where appropriate. Deletion may need to be performed in more than one system, including Tally, response workbooks, email and any authorized copies. No fixed universal retention period is promised.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information and limit access. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information, and contact us if you believe information submitted to MCS has been misused.

8. Your requests

Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to ask about other rights available under applicable law. Tell us enough to locate the relevant inquiry, such as the email address used and approximate submission date. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why a proportionate verification step is necessary. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where applicable obligations or legitimate unresolved matters require it. We will explain any relevant limitation.

9. International information handling

MCS is based in Florida, United States. Information submitted from outside the United States may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. This does not remove rights or safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us using section 8 about your information or applicable rights.

10. Age and family information

Our direct business inquiry and contracting services are intended for adults age 18 or older, including authorized adult representatives of organizations. Custom Travel Planning is currently limited to adults located in the United States. Digital inquiries may come from adults internationally. Marketplace buyers follow their marketplace’s eligibility rules, and we do not deny required marketplace support merely because a buyer is international or qualifies under different marketplace age rules.

An adult arranging family travel may provide children’s ages and necessary planning preferences; this does not make the child the customer. Please avoid unnecessary identifying information about children. We do not knowingly invite personal-information submissions from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly, contact us so we can assess and take appropriate action, including deletion where appropriate and any legally required child-privacy process.

These terms apply to use of mystikcompasssolutions.com, operated by Mystik Compass Solutions LLC (MCS). Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Paid products and development services may have additional terms presented before purchase or in a separate signed agreement. These website terms do not themselves create a paid-service contract.

Custom Travel Planning is available only to adults age 18 or older located in the United States. Digital inquiries and direct Digital contracts may be accepted from adults age 18 or older internationally, including legal entities acting through authorized adult representatives. Third-party marketplace transactions follow the applicable marketplace’s age, eligibility, jurisdiction and transaction rules; these direct-service restrictions do not remove marketplace-required support rights. These service eligibility rules do not restrict ordinary viewing of this website. Direct checkout, when available, is for adults age 18 or older or legal entities represented by authorized adults.

Mystik Compass Digital may work with customers internationally, subject to applicable law, platform availability, payment availability, sanctions/export restrictions and MCS’s ability to reasonably provide the requested service.

Support and project communication are primarily provided in English. MCS may use reasonable translation tools when practical but cannot guarantee support in every language or the accuracy of machine translation.

2. Information and inquiries

Website descriptions, examples and previews are informational. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm availability, project acceptance, pricing, reservations or bookings. Only products identified as available for purchase are offered for sale; coming-soon previews are not purchase offers. We may correct errors and update descriptions, availability and features.

MCS provides travel research, recommendations and itinerary planning. We do not make reservations or bookings or participate in booking transactions. You choose providers and complete all purchases, reservations and payments directly with them. Travel information can change. Check current requirements and third-party details before booking or traveling. See our Travel Planning Disclaimer. Paid planning requires a separate agreed scope and disclosed fees.

3. Content and intellectual property

MCS or its applicable licensors own rights in the site's branding, logo, design, original photography, text, plugin descriptions, itineraries and other protected content. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here claims ownership of another person's work or of unprotectable facts and ideas.

You may view the site and make reasonable personal copies for evaluating our offerings. Purchased downloads have their own licenses. Except as permitted by applicable law, those licenses or our written permission, do not republish, resell, redistribute, commercially reproduce substantial portions of protected content, or use automated extraction to copy protected material or interfere with site operation. Ordinary linking, lawful quotation, ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility technologies and other normal automated access that MCS permits are not prohibited. This exception does not authorize circumvention of access controls, harmful load or otherwise unlawful copying.

4. Responsible use

Do not use the site to submit unlawful material, malicious files, credentials belonging to others, spam, deliberately false requests or information you lack permission to share. Do not interfere with security, overwhelm services or try to access private records. We may take proportionate steps to address misuse, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement.

5. External services

The site links to Payhip, Aetherra, documentation and social platforms, and embeds Tally forms. Their own terms and notices may apply. Future travel or commerce links, when introduced, will also be subject to the relevant third party's terms. A link or mention is not a guarantee of another provider's availability, suitability, content or performance. MCS does not control independent services.

6. Availability, changes and errors

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free information. We may maintain, modify or discontinue portions of the website. This does not cancel obligations we have already accepted under a separate agreement or remove mandatory consumer rights. If you notice a material error, contact us.

7. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the website's general information is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will meet every visitor's needs. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy or responsibility that law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent allowed by law, MCS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of general website information, including lost business opportunities, or for independent third-party failures outside MCS's reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Paid-product and project responsibilities are addressed in their applicable terms.

8. Governing law and resolving issues

Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns fairly. These website terms are governed by Florida law, without displacing nonwaivable protections available under applicable law. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is included.

Travel Planning Disclaimer

Mystik Compass Solutions LLC (MCS) provides travel research, recommendations and itinerary-planning services. MCS does not make, hold, confirm, change or cancel reservations or bookings on behalf of clients and does not participate in their booking transactions.

You choose your travel providers and complete all purchases, reservations and payments directly with them. Their terms, cancellation/refund policies and applicable legal obligations govern those transactions. MCS planning fees cover only the agreed research and planning work, not third-party travel costs or deposits. A recommendation, itinerary, link or price estimate does not reserve anything or guarantee availability.

Travel information can change. Verify current prices, schedules, opening hours, availability, accessibility and other provider details before booking and traveling. Check passport, visa, entry, transit, health and other requirements relevant to your nationality, residence, departure location and circumstances with official sources and providers. MCS does not provide legal, immigration or medical advice.

Third-party providers operate independently of MCS. MCS does not guarantee their performance, destination conditions, safety, admission or refunds. Contact providers directly for booking issues and local emergency services for emergencies. Unless expressly included in a signed planning agreement, MCS does not provide ongoing monitoring or travel-day assistance; it does not provide emergency-response services.

Custom Travel Planning is available to adults age 18 or older located in the United States. An adult may request planning for a family trip that includes children. An inquiry does not commit you to purchasing services or confirm availability, pricing, reservations or bookings. Any paid custom planning work is governed by a separate agreement and disclosed planning fees.

Premade itineraries are separate digital products and may be offered to international adult purchasers where legally and payment-provider permitted. They are generally created with U.S.-based travelers in mind. Embassy/consular references, departure assumptions, documentation guidance and other logistics may therefore be U.S.-specific. International purchasers must verify information applicable to their own nationality, residence, departure location and circumstances. Country-specific embassy, visa, flight-origin or legal guidance is not included unless expressly identified in the individual product. Premade itineraries are currently previews and are not yet available to purchase.

Nothing in this disclaimer removes MCS's responsibility for performing its agreed services with reasonable care, changes an existing signed agreement, or limits any consumer right, warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
